Celebration of Flight at Slidell, 2004

PT-6 Stearman
The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 697 and the City of Slidell presented the "Celebration of Flight" at the Slidell Airport on March 27, 2004. This Boeing Stearman trainer was one of several vintage aircraft there. An F/A-18 Hornet, a pair of A-10 Thunderbolts, three F-15 Strike Eagles, a C-130 Hercules, and a P-3 Orion flew by. Frank Ryder from Hammond, Louisiana performed two aerobatic shows in his Oreck Cyclone.
